To achieve the dog you dream of – the well mannered family dog, we bring you “Game On” Puppy School!

Suitable for puppies from the date of their first vaccination up to the age of 24 weeks old.

We focus on concepts and skills needed in the real world, using games and having lots of fun. Your puppy will meet other puppies, learn handling skills and get used to novelty, to build his confidence. We work on building a strong, unbreakable relationship between you and your dog – so he thinks you’re the best thing in the world.

This course runs over 8weeks in 1-hour sessions

In addition to these classes, you will get free e-books together with a physical puppy pack and gifts at the  end of the course once you have passed your assessment, access to a Facebook page that is exclusive to my students, where you can ask questions, check on homework, post photos and connect with both myself and other students and a free 1 year access to Zig ZAG puppy App worth £89

FUNdamentals beginners’ course

This course is for any dog over the age of 24 weeks.

This course is designed to be FUN for both you and your dog. Through games, you will learn how to help your dog learn how to make the right choices (the ones you would like him to make) without having to constantly tell or nag him to do so. This course strips everything back to the basics and starts to build on behaviours that will translate into real-life skills. Your dog will love to choose to walk by your side, will want to keep four paws on the floor and will enjoy lying calmly on his bed.

The course runs over 8 weeks in 1- hour sessions

In addition to these classes, you will get free e-books (please SIGN UP as a Guest) together with feee membership for a year to the app Zig Zag worth £89 , where there will be lots of training tips and access to a Facebook page exclusive to my tribe of students, where you can ask questions, check on homework, post photos and connect with both myself and other students. There will be an assessment at the end with a certificate and rosette if you pass successfully.

Lovable rogues class

Do you have a lovable four-legged rogue in your family ? Do you dread the daily walk ? Do you find yourself asking “why have I got the naughty dog “? Why does he bark, chase cars, destroy the furniture, drag you down the street, lunge and bark at other dogs?

Well we have a class for you; we keep it small in numbers so that any reactive dog can have its own space, and can have more individual time with the trainer. These classes run well with our ASBO walks and I would advise clients to sign up for some of these too.

To book on this course you must have had a private one-to-one consultation specifically for this course, or have done the ASBO walks, in order to assess your dog’s suitability.

The course will run for a total of 6 hours, over 5 weeks, with the first lesson being for 2 hours and for owners only… no dogs allowed.

ASBO Walks

These are training walks with a small number of students and their lovable rogues, who may have issues with reactivity to other dogs. An initial one-to-one assessment specifically for this class is required. These walks are booked singly, and you can come on as many or as few as you like, once assessed – however you MUST pre-book them to avoid issues of availability. They will last at least an hour and will be a mixture of walking and training in a real-life situation.

These are carried out at the owner’s own home. Please DO NOT book on one of these courses until the assessment has taken place. 20 minute assessment

Private schooling

Don’t have time for training classes due to work commitments? Book a personal trainer, one-to-one, and I will see you privately in my training venue or your own home.

Choose either the Puppy School – which, because it’s in your own home, can start the day you get your puppy home – or the Fundamental beginners course.

These are 1 hour lessons and the course lasts 4 weeks.

Training problems

One-to-one sessions are available to address training (not behavioural) problems – such as recall or loose-leash walking issues.

Behaviour consultation

NOTE: You will need to fill-in our PRE-CONSULTATION FORM before booking this session

A one-to-one consultation lasting at least 2 hours: I visit your home or you can come to my venue  armed with information from your consultation form; listen to your worries; assess your dog; draw up an action plan with you; and show you how to implement it.

Sometimes only this initial consultation is necessary; sometimes repeat visits are required.
